TAF Energies and our sister companies under Yetaf Holding, our people are the heart of everything we do. Last week, we came together at the newly built Toll Road Smart Complex in Ethiopia to celebrate our Annual Employees’ Day a day filled with joy, recognition, and unity.
A Day to Appreciate Our People
Our Annual Employees’ Day is more than an event. It is a tradition where we pause to recognize the dedication, teamwork, and passion that drive our success. This year, employees, management, and invited guests joined us to create lasting memories and strengthen our bond.
Inspiring Words from Our Leaders
The program began with a warm welcome from Mr. Birhanu Yemanebrhan, General Manager of Soten Industries, who shared his hope that “2018 will be a year in which we achieve even greater results.”
Our CEO, Mr. Tensay Aklilu, also addressed the gathering and reminded us of the true purpose of the day:
“This Annual Employees’ Day is a time to express gratitude to our employees and stakeholders. As we celebrate today, we also commit to working harder to reach new milestones together.”

Fun, Games, and Recognition
The celebration was filled with laughter, competitions, and team-building activities. We played fun games that brought out the best of our teamwork and creativity. Winners received prizes, making the day even more exciting.
We also recognized Soten Industries for hosting this year’s celebration. In keeping with our tradition, we proudly announced which sister company will host the next Annual Employees’ Day.
