TAF Energies Assessed for National Quality Award
TAF Energies recently welcomed representatives from the Ethiopian Quality Award (EQA) Organization as part of the evaluation process for the 12th National Quality Award.
The Ethiopian Quality Award Organization grants the National Quality Award to outstanding organizations in Ethiopia. Using the EQA Excellence Model, the organization evaluate companies based on leadership, strategy, customer satisfaction, workforce, processes, and results.
The evaluation, conducted on Friday, 13 June 2025, began with a meeting between the EQA team and TAF Energies’ top management.
The discussion focused on the company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen internal systems, ensure safety and compliance, and promote a quality-driven organizational culture.
After the office briefing, the assessment team visited two of TAF Energies’ key project sites: the Aviation Fuel Center and the Toll Road Fuel Station Complex, which includes a fuel station, EV charger, motel, and restaurant. The toll road project has not officially opened yet, but we plan to launch it soon. Thus the visit allowed evaluators to observe site readiness and operational planning.
Finally The assessment concluded with a detailed review of the company’s documentation, management practices, and performance measurement systems at the head office.
Overall TAF Energies’ participation in the award program reflects its commitment to delivering reliable and innovative energy services in line with national excellence standards.
